1,000-Gallon Slurry Mixing Tank
Introducing the 1,000-gallon series slurry tank from IQUIP. At only 36” wide, IQUIP’s 1,000-gallon poly tank is one of the narrowest tanks on the market; perfect for side-by-side truck/trailer mounted slurry mixing systems. Unlike most traditional flat or barrel bottom tanks, our tank has a 3% sloped bottom to reduce deposit settling and ensure superior mixing. Fitting surfaces that can accommodate up to 6” plumbing & fittings and a huge 22” manhole to make rinsing a breeze.

PUMPS
- Built to application, close couple combination of a 10 horsepower Baldor 3 phase motor and a MP FlowMax15 (cast housing) can achieve 350gpm in a 3” flow at head near 100’.
- Fully electric – NO PTO – NO gas – NO hydraulic/motor oil.
- Each controlled by their own VFD for variable rate/flow options (1750-3600 rpm).
- Combined with IQUIP’s BOOST mixing system, each pump can mix IQUIP’s 1,000-gallon slurry in 4-6 minutes
- *both pumps can be run simultaneously
MIXING SYSTEM
IQUIP’s BOOST mixing system is a combination of BANJO® and IQUIP fittings, creating a powerful, high volume, and turbulent mixing process. It is capable of mixing top-down, bottom-up, or both.
